NAMI Jump OFF Hipodrom

The Sopot Hippodrome is full of life all year round. With high equestrian activity, it moves from green areas to indoors. Four hidden riding arenas that provide the Sopot center, from October until the arrival of the horse house. On a daily basis, there are exercises and driving lessons here, as well as sports competitions on weekends.

Ahead of us is a very intense indoor season, during which as many as fifteen equestrian events are planned, including JumpOFF Hippodrome competitions, national competitions and competitions addressed only to young riders.

NAMI JumpOFF Hippodrome is a series known to Tri-City equestrian enthusiasts, which includes show jumping competitions held at the Hippodrome during the indoor season. The competition is addressed to all age groups - you can watch the starts of both the youngest and beginners, as well as experienced riders. Despite its regional character, competitors not only from Pomerania take part in the competition, and each edition has been very popular for years.

Show jumping is the most popular equestrian discipline - in 2024, there were 11,000 registered competitors who have a license from the Polish Equestrian Association and regularly take part in sports competitions. It is no wonder that jumping dominated the calendar of the Sopot Hippodrome, from regional competitions to the most important ones, CSIO in June. The rules are clear here, each competition has a different height of obstacles and a slightly different "route" that the competitor and the horse must overcome. The obstacles are numbered, and before each competition, competitors learn the route by covering it on foot and planning their route. Penalty points are charged for each time the bar is dropped, as well as for exceeding the time limit.

This season, the Hippodrome also invites you to national jumping competitions and jumping competitions for children and teenagers. The latter event is addressed to the youngest competitors, but this does not mean that it is beginners, because at the Sopot course you can also watch young champions and winners of competitions in Poland and Europe.
